However, public works BOT document have successful cases, there are many fail cases. The different BOT plan document has not the same difficulty. This research manages in view of the large-scale transportation public works and outside the Local authority public works committee picks the case analysis to conduct the comparison research. This research which excavations and reorganizations problems of public work BOT, supplies the practice and the academic reference.
