Based on these homepages, we could make a discovery that these homepages normally function with up-loading and accessing static documents only but in absence with dynamically interaction with users; needless to say, this has limited the board sense of teaching and researching application. In addition, it is no doubt that every research group has involved in mass paper reading, reporting and discussing procedures while achieving their academic researches, however, most of the time, only passive and static paper-documentation, such as Power Point, World etc, are preserved and excluding those valuable explanation and discussion data. We believed that if we could record those distinguished knowledge in some high-quality digital and dynamically method, it will not only assist students to know better the relative research background but also have a positive affect on future academic research.In order to realize the methods mentioned above, this study would like to create a multi-media recoding embedded system device to enable addressers to record their briefing contents, vocal-illustration and mouse movement without changing their pedagogic methodology.Upon the encoder compact performance examination and analysis section, we would like to discuss more about H.264/AVG video communication compact software and apply it to examine and analysis on academic research non-compact video communication contents with its compact performance. As for compact examination, it is to focus on the PSNR, biterate, total compact time of the video communication content resulted from modifying encoder parameters as an indication of the compact performance to study the effect of qualification parameter (QP), intra frame period, inter-prediction, dynamic estimation search range on the compact performance to realize the critical factors that affecting compact performance; and to ascertain the best compact parameter on differentiate types of video communication.
