Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 電腦與通訊工程所 === 98 === In this thesis, we present a high efficiency method to recover the damaged cell of solar cell. Based on Coulomb’s theory, a new system is implemented to measure the current leakage of thin film solar cell. Simultaneously, one can calculate a fit applied voltage to recover the damaged cell. Apply a reverse voltage to above solar cell, which can burn electric leakage channel of a-Si thin film solar cell. The recovery machine is designed with 12 channels that can touch solar cells with pins. Prove by experimentation, we employed 10 samples within some damaged solar cells. After our recovery process, results shows that the leakage current becomes less and the solar cell efficiency can be promoted by 5%. This method is a simple and low cost implementation to repair a-si thin film solar cell. This machine can be applied on the mass-production line of a-si thin film solar cell in post process.
