The objects of the questionnaire are the experts of experienced software analysts and project managers. Questionnaire mainly contains the project’s functional points and the actual completion time and cost (person-months) according to the past software projects. This study uses neural network to analyze the collected data from questionnaire and to establish a reliable cost estimation model for validation.
