Although, the topic of organizational performance which was concerned and gotten attention from all circles, but from academy or the practice relevant documents using integration view and alignment conception to organizational management research are insufficient. Based on this point, our research using alignment view to observe if alignment on organizational Innovation, knowledge management and IT strategy can positively affect organizational performance. The study provides a research model and uses covariation view of alignment model with the three parts to evaluate that empirical result positively affect organizational performance and fit index of research model better than baseline model. The study used survey research methodology to validate the model and hypothesis. The sample data for 2010 from the 104 Job Bank Web site (http://www.104.com.tw) contained in the profit companies (excluding non-profit organizations), including 300 manufacturers industry, 200 services industry and 100 finance industry. Statistical analyses were performed with the aid of SPSS 12.0 and VisualPLS 1.04. The results of our study pointed out that managers seeking more the organizational performance, are not dependent on improving or using individual factor, but used holistic alignment model of organizational Innovation, knowledge management and IT strategy.
