But now, their daily activities are transferred into the Internet gradually, it created a thriving network to promote economic activities and facilitating people''s lives. Nevertheless, the Internet becomes the most favorable environment for the spread of malicious software. In 2001, the Internet worm CodeRed was released and within 14 hours there are more than 359,000 computers on the Internet were infected, resulting in great loss of business. Therefore, the Internet users got thorough understanding of the importance of antivirus and information security management. It attracts many researchers into this area and using a variety of mathematical models and biological viruses to find a solution in order to secure Internet. In this study, we adopted computer virus statistics, nonlinear regression models and Markov chain probability model, for prediction and analysis of virus development model. Hence, we can understand the propagation characteristics of computer viruses, to provide the basic protection strategies and effectively reducing the threat of computer viruses, so that Internet and information systems can provide safe and smooth services.
