Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 電子與資訊工程研究所 === 98 === The dissertation of study is to optimize the microwave circuit on Genetic Algorithms (GAs). According to Darwinian evolution’s “ Survival of the fittest ”, which solve the most practical optimization problems have many variables and find the best solution in the widely solution space. Therefore, we focus on wireless local area networks (WLANs) operation in the 2.4 GHz (2.4-2.484 GHz) and 5.2/5.8 GHz (5.15-5.35 GHz/5.725-5.825 GHz) bands, to design and analysis dual-band bandpass filter (BPF), low-noise amplifier (LNA) and antenna. The applications discussed include three topics. As a beginning, an optimum scheme based on real-coded GAs techniques has been presented to design dual-band bandpass filters. This scheme is capable of simultaneously searching appropriate circuit topology and the corresponding electrical parameters with dual-band characteristic. In the second part, development of front-end subsystem such as low noise amplifier has become an attractive research in modern communication. Normally, the iteration of the optimum design flow has to get an optimum L, C value with the GAs. Using the layout tool and circuit milling machine can be combined to realize the circuits. The prediction final results in operating bands to practical at 2.4 GHz and 5.2 GHz, the optimized matching circuit have a high gain and low noise. Finally, we design and implementation of the WLAN/WiMAX antennas covering the three frequency bands.
