Our results show that there are significant differences on gender, education years, religious belief and mental health status between two groups. From the ''control'' in DCS model, we find significant difference on score of '' the decision autonomy '' between two groups. In ''demand'' of DCS model, we can find that total score of psychological demand had significant difference between two groups. There is only significant difference on '' the executive support '' between two groups. In ERI models, the reward has a significant difference on two groups.
