Most current research and symposiums are focusing on the behavior of enterprises’ adjustment as patent or IP issue occurred, but seldom deeply analysis about whether the management system or operation will be changed or not. Especially, there is no reference information about the attitude change. Since it is hard to get the information, and enterprises are always not willing to disclosure the attitude change when property issue happened, so the relative research is very poor.
This study primarily focuses on the different analysis of patent regulation and IP management of enterprise before and after being claimed. By utilizing the way of questionnaire survey and interview, there are six factors for the difference analysis that can be summarized in this study, including “Patent System Operation Ability”, “Patent Management Intensity”, “Patent Working Strength and Combination Plan”, “Patent Evasion Plan”, “Patent Innovation Change Ability” and “Open Style Innovation Management”. But for the operation of “Open Style Innovation Management”, variance is very large.
In addition, this study also discusses the patent reward status of business. For bonus, one shot and fixed amount cash should be the most popular. As to honor, public praise is the majority. Moreover, if the department of IP management belongs to department of legal, then the former will lack of support including technical management, evasion design and patent map. Therefore, the recommendation of this study is that IP management department should belong to R&D. It will greatly improve the service.
