For the piezoelectric materials, new lead-free piezoelectric materials with better electrical properties will also be developed. The properties of (Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 ceramics were investigated in the thesis. By add soft doping and hard doping to the system, the properties of the electromechanical coupling factor, dielectric constant, dielectric quality factor and dielectric loss will be improved. The results show as follows : 1. The (Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 ceramics have higher kt value (0.62). 2. Add Nb2O5 (soft doping) to the system, the kp has the value of 0.432 . 3. Add Li2CO3 (hard doping) to the system, the mechanical quality factor and dielectric loss are 75 and 0.0585, respectively.
