| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 應用經濟學系碩士班 === 98 === In recent years, many country reference about country competitiveness from the World Economic Form (WEF) and International Institute for Management Development (IMD). Because consider that economics condition change so fast and business sections is very complicated, WEF expanded the scope of variable.
Lever(1999) shows the advantage of country competitiveness to drive from attraction, also about the characteristic of county; integrating the foregoing argument, value of country in there. But, the value of country is accounting the sum of regional in this country. If we want to raise the country competitiveness, have to improve every regional in the country.
According to the tradition, Professor Michael E. Porter definition the competitiveness is “Creating wealth”. This paper change definition by voting with feet, the regional competitiveness definition is “Population growth”. Finally, the result can support the county government to set policies.
This research used the factor analysis to find the principal factor affect “Population Migration”. The result shows that “Technology popular level” is all most factor, cause the result county government have to develop the technology popular level, but also develop the other factors.
