Especially experience and DIY activity of cultural activities which are the tourist''s favorite. The most popular product is the experience of and DIY interactions with cultural activities.
Cultural activity describes the involvement of performers, participants and space , with the place as a stage, technological presentation as a performance, the experience as a participation. In a word, cultural activity serves as a theatrical product.
This paper explores the case study is of Jou-nan cultural saltfield at Budai. The study uses Environmental Theater of Richard Schechner''s theory to analyze different performers'' execute of cultural activity. The result shows that different performers have their own superiority. However, the interaction between performers and audience depend on performers'' plentiful industrial knowledge and authentic life. The author suggest that different performers'' exercise should be used as a way of group work to help the performers get to know each other better, and let them have a apprenticeship to preparation their performer, and enable them to prepare for their performances through apprenticeship.
