| Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 生死學研究所 === 98 === This study investigated the impact to practice of the phenomenon of hospital pharmacists.Semi-structured interviews of three participants that access to qualitative research methods of the subject of research questions below:
1.what is pressure factors on hospital pharmacists for practice?
2.what is impact of phenomenon of hospital pharmacist in the practicing process？
3.What is reaction of impact of the hospital pharmacists that practice experiencing ?
In this study, pharmaceutical of choices, the internship experience, a type of phenomenon of hospital practice, and reaction that impact to practice experiencings, professional acknowledge for analysis.
The results showed that participants in the phenomenon of the common impact are professional stress, life stress, medical malpractice pressure, loss of self phenomena, the other such as the pressures of role , alienation.
