Further, this paper also discuss the Buddhist Sangha take care of AIDS patients and what is the feeling of AIDS patients towards religion and Thai Buddhist Sangha.     The methodology used on this paper begins from the Thai Buddhist Phrabahtnumphu Temple in Thailand, through the interview of eight people which includes two monastic,three AIDS patients and three nurses. Through the profound interview with them this research tries to understand what are the reasons of AIDS patients , the resources provided to take care them and how the Thai Buddhist Phrabahtnumphu Temple of Thailand use Buddhist method take care mentally , psychologically and spiritually. Also, the Sangha''s perspective on life and death. Beside, also discuss the patient''s reflection on uddhist Sangha''s methods of healing and Buddhist view on the last stage of death.     The dayly consumption, mental and psychological healing provided by the Thai Hospitals and Buddhist methodology, healing through conversation and talk, environmental care, and religious activities while taking care of patients. Therefore the Phrabahtnumphu temple of Thailand take care of AIDS patients including body mind, and spirit, for the sake of patient''s peaceful state in final stage,Buddhist Sangha provide the true meaning of their life. Beside, Buddhist Sangha also help them to understand the reality of life and eradicate fears of death through religious power, and let the patient provoke the meaning of life.
