碩士 === 南華大學 === 傳播學系碩士班 === 98 === 　　In this study, the language-using tactic is observed through the rhetorical vision of World Vision Taiwan. From fantasy theme analysis, a rhetorical vision, the organization construct rhetorical vision "Heaven Here and Now", can be found. 　 　　From the rhetorical vision, we learn that we have to be optimistic and positive. Furthermore, we could find a tragedy behind the rhetorical vision; including the patriarchy, capitalism and racial discrimination that exist in our society. 　 　　According to the positive reports and the increased number of people who experience hunger, a successful rhetorical tactic of World Vision Taiwan to convince the public is found.
