Taking the sixth graders of Taipei sioufong elementary school as the research object which purposefully sampling into two classes as experiment and control groups. In experiment group, boys and girls total 36, and control group, boys and girls total 35. Proceeding 12 weeks of 40 minutes, 2 times weekly of Yoga Asana instruction in experiment group. The data which we obtain from the experiment were analyzed by SPSS for Windows version 12.0. Carry on every statistical analysis, after dealt with and analysed and discussed with the result by the materials, win the following findings: 1. Experiment group and control group after examining the comparative result, which reach the prominent level of showing in aspect of Body Mass Index、flexibility、heart lungs endurance and dynamic balance ability (p<.05). Have not reached the prominent level of showing in aspect of muscle power and explosive strength (p>.05). 2. Experiment group, comparative result that examine in front of and after the group, which reach the prominent level of showing in aspect of Body Mass Index、flexibility、heart lungs endurance、muscle power、explosive strength and dynamic balance ability. (p<.05). 3. Control group, comparative result that examine in front of and after the group, which reach the prominent level of showing in aspect of Body Mass Index、heart lungs endurance、muscle power and dynamic balance ability (p<.05).
