A total of eight students, fifth and sixth grader boys from elementary schools, served as participants for this study. In this study, we used EMG(BIOPAC MP150) instrument to measure the Electromyographic activity of flexor carpi ulnaris, extensor carpi ulnaris, upper trapezious and latissmus dorsi for forty mintures by using new type school furniture between Reading sitting posture and Writing sitting posture, after tested and writed self-comfortabled checklist. This research was based on the statistical methods used to analyze the data were Acqknowledge software were used to capture datas, Repeated measure analysis of variance(ANOVA), Joint analysis of spectra and amplitudes(JASA), the statistical standard was set to be α=.05. The result of this study was as follows: 1. Elementary school students on the new type school furniture used standard reading sitting posture of Ministry of Education, the beginning percentage of maximal voluntary contraction from interval 6(26-30 min) was significantly higher than interval 1(1-5 min). 2. When using standard writing sitting posture: the beginning percentage of maximal voluntary contraction on right upper trapezious and left latissmus dorsi from interval 6(26-30 min) was significantly higher than interval 2(6-10 min). 3. When using standard reading sitting posture, order of muscle fatigue on upper limb muscles was left upper trapezious and left latissmus dorsi(15 minute) →right upper trapezious(20 minute) →right latissmus dorsi and left extensor carpi ulnaris(25 minute) →right extensor carpi ulnaris(30 minute) →right flexor carpi ulnaris(35 minute), but left flexor carpi ulnaris has not occurred muscle fatigue. 4. When using standard writing sitting posture, order of muscle fatigue on upper limb muscles was both upper trapezious and right flexor carpi ulnaris(10 minute) →right latissmus dorsi(15 minute) → left extensor carpi ulnaris(20 minute) →right extensor carpi ulnaris and left latissmus dorsi (30 minute), but left flexor carpi ulnaris has not occurred muscle fatigue. 5. When using standard reading sitting posture and writing sitting posture, both latissmus dorsi has occurred muscle fatigue, but oneself was not easily to detect. Finally, some suggestions for teachers, schools and future research were proposed according to the results: 1. Elementary school students on the new type school furniture used standard reading sitting posture, should not continuously read over fifteen minutes, teachers should remind timely students to change posture or transform teaching activity. 2.
