Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 人資處社會學習領域碩士班 === 98 === Study on Strategy Alliance and Elementary School ---take Miao-Li City for example Abstract The aim of the study was to discuss the elementary school teachers’ opinions about the strategy alliance applied to the elementary school administration. The semi-structured interview with quality is adopted in this study. To interview nine Miao-Li City’s elementary school’s teachers and administrators by snowball sampling. Based on the material analysis result, the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The elementary school’s teachers approve the way of strategy alliance on the current elementary school administration. 2. The elementary schools’ merger is feasible on manpower, curriculum, and funds from the angle of strategy alliance. 3. The views of the scales elementary school teachers on strategy alliance applied in elementary school administration are different: the small-scale school’s teachers and the medium-scale school’s teachers approve it; however, the large-scale school’s teachers do not think strategy alliance can help them.
