The goal lies in understanding situation of in-service teachers of different information literacy on searching information, evaluating inquirying results, information contents and information sources. This study adopts case study to collect research data. This study applies several research tools as following. First, ‘Information Literacy Assessment System’ to examinate in-sevice teachers‘ information literacy. Second, ‘WWW Information Searching Process Management System’ to record in-sevice teachers' information seeking behavior and criterias of evaluating information. Finally, in order to gather further content , researcher carries on the interview with in-service teachers. This study reveals some findings. First, there are some differences between in-service teachers with different level of information literacy, including ‘formulating questions’,‘activating prior knowledge’, ‘determining needed information’,‘selecting search strategy’,‘specifying search terms’. Second, there are some differences between in-service teachers with different level of information literacy, ‘including judging search results’, ‘judging source and information’. These differences display in usability of homepage file type, different language homepage, criterias of information verifiability and reliability.
