Demonstrates behavior special characteristic, therefore this research goal is as follows: 1.The discussion transformation leadership, transactional leadership, the servant leadership three kind of leader patterns the significance, the behavior stratification plane analysis. 2. By the nature research depth interview's method, record toward the Xiang Yang Elementary school general affairs master under three kind of leader pattern's behavior stratification plane, the words and deeds performance which presents. 3.Analyzes Taoyuan County toward the Xiang Yang Elementary school general affairs master, in three kind of leader patterns present in the behavior special characteristic, most can lead the subordinate to achieve the job objective, the develop efficiency leadership pattern. 4.The induction and the analyze data, and proposed suggestion and conclusion, for general affairs director when administration refers. Synthesizes the above analysis, the present paper proposed that following suggested: In transformed leadership pattern suggestion: In transformation leadership pattern suggestion: (1) must be able to carry out truly constructs the school prospect (2) to respect the subordinate from bottom to top, also before must carry out truly subordinate's suggestion (3) shows loving care for, must understand the subordinate true need first. In transactional leadership pattern suggestion: (1) lets the subordinate sense of responsibility internalizes, when the reward remove congenially (2) regarding not the familiar service, may understand. In servant leadership pattern suggestion: (1) needs to hear the subordinate true sound (2) to let the value which the subordinate feels itself to exist (3) probably from the subordinate viewpoint and the standpoint, helps the subordinate to solve the problem. Therefore, the body is an organization's leader, when establishment organization goal should carry out the fellowship, should probably listen respectfully earnestly regarding the subordinate true demand, but is not the authority-like order from top down. Rewards and punishment which most cares about as for the subordinate, must establish, the perfect system fairly, the multi-stations in subordinate's standpoint will be the subordinate tentative plan, the subordinate will feel to manager's intention, will turn into naturally the responsibility in own responsibility and the honor, regarding organization's operation as well as job objective's agreement, will have the greatest positive benefit.
