The Polychaeta Fauna from Coastal Wildlife Protected Area of Hsinchu

碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 應用科學系碩士班 === 98 === Abstract From July, 2008 to August,2009，we have 210 sample sites for Polychaeta, and 269 substrate soil samples for habitat analysis from wetland of the Coastal Wildlife Protected Area of Hsinchu. Based on the external morphology and molecular marker (DNA barcode), we have 29 species of Polychaeta. Based on the particles size analysis, the detail biodiversity of Polychaeta distribution maps are presented in this report. 29 species of Polychaeta list as follow, Eunicidae： Marphysa sp.; Lumbrineridae: Lumbrineris cf. heteropoda (Marenzeller, 1879); Onuphidae: Diopatra sugokai Izuka, 1907; Goniadidae: Goniada sp.1; Glyceridae: Glycera subaenea Grube, 1878; Polynoidae: Lepidonotus sp.;Nereididae: Namalycastis abiuma Müller, 1871, Neanthes glandicincta Southern, 1921 Nectoneanthes sp., Paraleonnates uschakovi Chlebovitsch et Wu, 1962; Perinereis cf. aibuhitensis Grube, 1878, Perinereis sp., Perinereis cf. mictodonda (Marenzeller, 1879), Tylonereis bogoyawlenskyi Fauvel, 1911; Sabellidae：Laonome albicingillum Hsieh, 1995; Terebellidae：Pomatoleis kraussii（Baird, 1865）; Capitellidae：Heteromastus filiforms （Claparède, 1864）; Ophellidae：Armandia Sp.; Orbiniidae：Haploscoloplos cf. elongates (Johnson, 1901); Chaetopteridae：Mesochaatopterus sp.; Spionidae：Malacoceros sp.; Polydora cornuta Bosc, 1802, Prionospio sp., Pseudopolydora diopatra Hsieh, 1992, Pseudopolydora achaeta Radashevsky and Hsieh, 2000, Pseudopolydora cf. kempi japonica Imajima and Hartman, 1964,Scolelepis squamata （Müller, 1806）; Terebellidae：Amphitrite lobocephala Hsieh, 1994,Pista sp.. For each species, morphological description, taxonomic key and key figure for identification were given in detail as possible.
