Summary:碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 運籌管理學系 === 98 === The purpose of this study had two objectives: to examine the relationships between internal marketing, quality of working life and job involvement. In addition to test the moderating effects of leadership style on the relationship between the internal marketing and job involvement. The data was collected from 389 experienced employees of logistics corporation. Results indicate that the internal marketing is partially related to quality of working life, quality of working life is also partially related to job involvement. Further, quality of working life mediated the relationship between the internal marketing and job involvement. In the study of moderating effect indicate that on job training is related to transformational leadership; moreover, on job training and internal communication is positively related to job involvement. Implications for theory and practice are discussed.
