Because national defense acquire is wide-ranging and complex, so risk also exist in it, and International Logistics Support is also in it. Most military invest purchase in lately years are often delete or reduce budget in International Logistics Support , and will bear weapon unable receive International Logistics Support from acquired into maintain phase, will create risk event and indirect effect money, time, and manpower waste. We study is in air force International Logistics Support risk event investigation and analysis. We use document analysis, investigate method (include half-open expert interview and questionnaire investigate method) to exploratory risk event, use SPSS statistics software doing sample description statistics, factor analysis, and variance analysis. We find: In fight demand, system analysis, invest outline plan, total working plan, and acquired earlier stage phase, highest risk ranking are no purchase enough spare parts, no consider resource deliver to business, no consider budget lay out, and no accomplish operation and maintenance training before manufacture phase start. We execute one-way analysis of variance and significance in each phase with unit, class, engage work item. We find different class in fight demand phase, air force engage adviser company personnel have higher risk rank significance. Different unit in system analysis phase, command have higher risk rank significance. Different class in invest outline plan, total working plan phase, air force engage adviser company personnel have higher risk rank significance.
