This study used SPSS 12.0 software package to analyze the data. This research first collected the relevant literature and reference about knowledge continuity management, personal ability and personal job performance. Then come out the research hypotheses and designed questionnaire for survey. The questionnaires were analyzed to verify and validate the research assumptions. There were 464 questionnaires issued and 421 questionnaires were valid. The results showed that the Cronbach’s α of the questionnaire are all higher than .94. By using hierarchy regression analysis and the mediating effect testing procedure by Baron & Kenny (1986) to test the research hypotheses, the results showed that knowledge continuity management is positive related to individual job performance, and that personal ability plays the mediating role between the relationship between knowledge continuity management and individual job performance. Finally, the limitations of this study, managerial implications and future research directions and recommendations are provided.
