| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 網路與多媒體科技研究所 === 98 === This paper as an example to learning English, the use of instant messaging software technologies to the development of Internet service delivery platform that combines instant messaging to communicate a message of convenience and service-oriented benefits, MSN Messenger as a research tool, using third-party package to design a MSN agent and vocabulary learning in English language learning to play the most basic and most important role, so this study attempts to English language learning cloze test item bank to import robot server-side database, so that users can use MSN as an information and subject inquiries, service providers can put the course contents and the Problem of English subject published to MSN agent platform for users to use, users can use instant messaging software, the agent account added to Address Book, so that in addition to a text form MSN delivery service results, can also be a way to send graphics through the robotic service framework can be developed on MSN on the different applications.
