LIN,CHIN-HUI ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to understand the content of the folk music education curriculum in the elmentary school textbook of 1975-2009.This research adopts content analysis.Research object is “Music”,”Arts and Humanities”textbook of the primary schools at 1975-2009.According to the content analysis the related influence factor.Inducing the conclusion explains as follows: 1.Discuss for the whole quantity The folk music education knowledge of primary schools contain gradual augmentative trend. (1)The content of according to the elementary school curriculum standard in 1975 only appear “Folk Song”and “Musical Instrument” categories. (2)The content of according to the elementary school curriculum standard in 1993 appear “Major Drama”、“Traditional Dance Music”、 “Taiwanese Puppet”and “Nan-guan and Bei-guan” categories. (3)The content of according to the Nine-Year Educational Program appear “Local Musician”and “Shuo-Chang Music” categories. 2.Distribute the comparison discussion for the category (1)The quantity of “Taiwaness Opera” is much more than the quantity of “Nan-guan Opera” and“ Bei-guan Opera” in textbook. (2)The Nine-Year Educational Program beginning even values the appointment in “Dance Music” category. (3)Appreciate the “Taiwanese Puppet show” after 1993 elementary school curriculum standard and begine to more emphasis the musical instrument about “Taiwanese Puppet” after The Nine-Year Educational Program. (4)Never mention and appreciate the play and the musical instrument about “Marionette Show”. (5)In different period curriculum standard, “Folk song” and “Musical Instrument of Folk ”category is always edit in the textbook. (6)“Nan-guan and“ Bei-guan” have different proportion, “Bei-guan ”is better than “Nan-guan”. (7)Start appearing the content of “Local musician”, “Musical instrument of aboriginal”and “Shuo-Chang Music” categories after the Nine-Year Educational Program. 3.The Folk Music Education Curriculum change (1)The content of according to the elementary school curriculum standard in 1975 did not emphasis on Folk Music Education Curriculum. (2)The content of according to the elementary school curriculum standard in 1993 emphasis on “Folk Song”and “Musical Instrument”categories. (3)The content of according to the Nine-Year Educational Program appear “Folk Song”, “Musical Instrument”, “Traditional Dance Music”and “Taiwanese Puppet” categories. Finally the basis studies to find ,to the teaching material and will study to put forward the concrete suggestion in the future. ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to understand the content of the folk music education curriculum in the elmentary school textbook of 1975-2009.This research adopts content analysis.Research object is “Music”,”Arts and Humanities”textbook of the primary schools at 1975-2009.According to the content analysis the related influence factor.Inducing the conclusion explains as follows:

(3)The content of according to the Nine-Year Educational Program appear “Folk Song”, “Musical Instrument”, “Traditional Dance Music”and “Taiwanese Puppet” categories.
Finally the basis studies to find ,to the teaching material and will study to put forward the concrete suggestion in the future.
