In different societies and cultures, people's feelings toward tattoos differ. This consequently brought about this researcher to investigate the narrative of the tattooed player. This research uses case study to take one tattooed basketball player in the internal SBL team as the object of study. By way of in-depth interviews to collect the data and combined with the document as an auxiliary to the interview's narration. Finally, through the method of narrative analysis reconstruct the interviewee's experience.   The study discovered that Mr. Kao who was somebody in basketball. However, because of his fearful personality, he had a rugged life in both his learning process and in basketball. As a result, his talent in basketball was neglected. After a silent period, Mr. Kao came back to the basketball team! This time, he decided to tattoo a brand that would never vanish to prove his determination. The tattoo represented a new start of life to Mr. Kao. Even though he was afraid of pain, the process was able to remind him to hold fast to his conviction. Key words:Tattoo、narrative
