| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 教育研究所 === 98 === The thesis aims to explore the Taiwanese songs during the Japanese colonial era. In response to the Japanese colonialism, the Taiwanese songs at that time reveal the concealed wishes and attitudes of the Taiwan people. Besides, the songs also discover the unfair relationship between Taiwan and Japan and suffering of the Taiwan people. In the study, within the new framework of the background information, education and the Taiwanese songs during the Japanese era, I intend to provide the Taiwan educational history different visions to examine the attitudes of the oppressed Taiwan people during the Japanese era.
Chapter One introduces the background information and the administration during the Japanese colonial era. Meanwhile, what causes pain for the Taiwan people is investigated. Chapter Two states the preludes of the Taiwan songs before the Japanese era do not emphasize on misery only. Instead, they are involved in various emotions. In Chapter Three, I make mutual analysis and responses between the Taiwan songs during the Japanese era and its age to convey the unexpressed wishes of the Taiwan people.
In Conclusion, I hope to discover affection of the Taiwan people from the analysis of the Taiwan songs which have been popular so far and understand their life. Most of all, with the analysis of them, the songs offer the Taiwan educational history to see the deeper affection of the Taiwan people.
