Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 教育研究所 === 98 === With the trend of multiculture rises up, a series of education evolution has been brought up. It helps the worldwide to pay great attention to the education of the aboriginal people. Our country nowadays is dedicated to the rise of the level of education of the aboriginal people, but due to the policy approaches has a lack of understanding of cultural differences, it has become difficult to improve the tribe education. This research traces back to the roots of cultural differences more to discuss the problems of education of aboriginal people, and hopefully from observation of explanatory style of the aboriginal people and Han people, we will understand the differences of culture and psychology. We hope after reviewing the influences from culture positively, we can make culture be one of the major things that push tribal developments instead of as resistance, and also to avoid the negative impacts caused by stereotypes toward aboriginal people. So our educators can start with students themselves and get rid of culture discrimination and prevent the aboriginal people falling away from the society. Survey Research Method of this research is based on “explanatory style enventory for high school students” as our research tool, and also focused on 155 students from the A-mei tribe and 150 students of Han ethnic from Hualien and Taitung to undergo the descriptive statistics and independent t-test. We will find out the status and differences of the explanatory style from teenagers of aboriginal people and Han people. Below is the result: 1.The a-mei teenagers nowadays tend to lean towards internal attribution whether to face the positive events or negative events on personality explanatory style; on the other hand, they will tend to lean towards non-general attribution whether or not facing positive or negative events on generality explanatory style. Overall, the explanatory style from A-mei teenagers is slitghtly leaning toward the negative. 2.The teenagers of Han nowadays tends to go close on internal attribution when facing positive and negative events on personality explanatory style; on generality explanatory style, they will turn to the non-general attribution when facing positive or negative events. Therefore, in general, the explanatory style of teenagers from Han is also going with negative sides. 3.Negativity of explanatory style from Han teenagers is much higher than young generations of A-mei tribe, and the difference are significant.
