Review previous studies, we try to distinguish an array of green activities and argue that they may form different types of competitive advantages to gain different performance. Employing a data set from the sampled publicly listed firms in Taiwan and regression to test our hypotheses, we find that a company employing green process can earn better performance, next is ISO 14000, pollution prevention, and the worst is green certification. Moreover, degree of company’s R&D will not affect companies to choose different kinds of green activities. Degree of companies’ internationalization had significant impacts on selecting different types of green activities. Companies that have a higher degree of internationalization will be more likely to employ green certification. Chin-jung Luan 欒錦榮 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 81 en_US
