Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 國際企業學系 === 98 === This is research investigates the interrelation amongst the communication contents, relationship commitment and the value establishment in the organization. The contribution of the research to the organization is the urging the individual to a greater cooperation and mutual support as the organization could become an unity or even a global unity. The organization takes more care on employee, invests more on them and deems them as the most important resource. The organization is aware of the existence of the investor, employee, and community. This research investigates the semiconductor industries in Taiwan. The result shows that private information and normative commitment do reinforce in the relationship commitment. And, the private information and affective commitment positively help the value of mission. The result from this research provides the managing director of organizations a direction in management and a reference to building relationship and communication with employee.
