To measure the distribution of emission spectrum and light field pattern in the periodic structure of InGaN with metallic thin film, we used photoluminescence (PL) and angle-resolved photoluminescence (ARPL) measuring system. The polarizer was setting between incident end and receiver end of laser and measured in PS mode and SP mode. In the distribution of light field pattern, we discovered the diffraction pattern that result from laser, which pass through periodic grating structure at perpendicular incident to the back side of GaN LED. The sub-micro grating destroyed the wave guide-mode in GaN and made the light within LED to be extracted out and improved the extraction efficiency.As measuring at period of 0.75 Chih-Ming Wang 王智明 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 52 zh-TW |
