A total of 140 questionnaires were sent, 115 valid questionnaires, effective response rate was 82%. This research applied One-Way ANOVA、t-test、multisteps-depressive, to analyze statistics to examined the assumption of the research. The results were as follows: 1. Early childhood special educators in the life of various dimensions of attitude scale scores showed a positive attitude, which the "love and care" dimension of the highest average score; "life autonomy" dimension of the lowest average scores. 2. Different background variables Early childhood special educators in age, marital status, work experience, teaching and health situation had different life attitude. 3. Age of 41-50 years of age on the "ideal" dimensions had significant predictive power; length of 6-10 years of work "life autonomy" and "Love and Care" There were significant prediction; in good health and marital status of unmarried on the "sense of being" to the a significant degree of predictive power; age of 41-50 years of age on the "attitudes toward death," There were significant prediction; in good health right "life experience" significant predictive power of dimensions; aged 41-50 years and 51-60 years of age to the "life the attitude of the total table "There were significant prediction. Background variables predictive power of each subscale ranged from 5.6% to 13.6%. Key Words: Early Childhood Special Educators、Life Attitude
