Synthesis and Application of Chiral Catalysts
碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 化學系 === 98 === This thesis describes the syntheses and applications of chiral ligands 12, 19, 27−31, 35, 37, 39 and 41 in various asymmetry reactions. Ligands 12 and 19 were synthesized from (+)-α-pinene and L-valine by chiral pool synthesis andfor other ligands (+)-α-pinene only t...

Ligands 12 and 19 were synthesized from (+)-α-pinene and L-valine by chiral pool synthesis andfor other ligands (+)-α-pinene only taken as chiral starting material. Among them, ligand 12 and ligand 19 were applied for asymmetry Nozaki-Hiyama reaction, unfortunately, there were no promising results. As well as, ligands 27−31 were used for asymmetry Nozaki-Hiyama-Kishi reaction and showed none of promising result, regrettably. The ligand 37, fortunately, showed promising results in asymmetry reaction of diethylzinc to various aldehydes. The optimal reaction conditions are 10 mol % of ligand 37 in toulene at −40 ºC. The 89 % as maximum enantiomeric excess got for reaction between diethylzine and p-tolualdehyde in above mentioned condition. Chin-Piao Chen 陳清漂 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 347 zh-TW |
