Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 國民教育研究所 === 98 === This research aims to understand the relationship between the principals’ leadership behavior and school innovation management for elementary schools in Changhua County. The population of this research consisted of Changhwa County educators. The investigative tool was a questionnaire with a title named “Elementary School Principals’ Leadership behavior and School Innovation Management Questionare.” A tatal of 416 questionnaires were distributed, and 343 were returned. The valid response rate was 86.1%. The collected data were analyzed with percentage, frequency distribution, mean and standerd deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The conclusions of this research were as following: 1.The whole consciousness degree about principals’ leadership behavior and school innovation management of Changhua County elementary schools was high. 2.There were significant differences about principals’ leadership behavior and school innovation management of educators’perception. 3.Principals ’leadership behavior was correlated with school innovation management, especially in the aspect of “consideration” and “administrative management”. 4.Principals’ leadership behavior could enhance school innovation management, and “consideration” had the highest predictive power to overall school innovation management.
