We want to find the reading instruction processes for multi-culture education by practical instruction action research-plan, action, observation and reflection. From the action research we may find the processes, the effects, the problems and the resolutions of multi-culture education by reading instruction.
After 14 weeks of instruction and research, we use reading, writing, drawing and speech to help the understandings and respects of the multicultural education. And we find the effects of multicultural education by the reading strategies and the cooperate-
on of the children. Finally we have some suggestions for teachers, children, administ-
er, and the future research of the multicultural education.
