Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育行政與政策發展研究所 === 98 === Study on the Level of Satisfaction of Elementary School Teacher In-service Training Programs in Taichung County Graduate Institute of Educational Administration and Policy Development, National Chiayi University Abstract This study delves into the level of satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Taichung County after taking various in-service training programs, namely, the degree programs, credit earning program and Wednesday-afternoon training program. This study draws on related literature and the questionnaire titled “Study on the Level of Satisfaction of Elementary School Teacher In-service Training Programs in Taichung County” created by the author. The study is based on stratified and multi-level cluster sampling of 310 teachers of elementary schools of various sizes in Taichung County. Out of the 310 questionnaires handed out, 231 effective questionnaires were received, indicating a return rate of 74.5%. The following conclusions are drawn from the present study: 1.The level of educational result satisfaction of the channels of in-service elementary school teacher training programs in Taichung County tends towards “satisfactory.” Among the various programs, the “degree program” shows the highest level of satisfaction. 2.The level of educational result satisfaction of the content of in-service elementary school teacher training programs in Taichung County tends towards “satisfactory.” The “emotional” aspect shows the highest level of satisfaction, while the “cognitive” aspect shows a lower level of satisfaction. 3.The level of satisfaction of various aspects of the program content tends towards “satisfactory,” among which there is a lower level of satisfaction on “understanding educational administration work” in the “cognitive” aspect, and a higher level of satisfaction on “willingness to reflect and improve on one’s teaching” in the “emotional” aspect. 4.With regards to the level of satisfaction of the degree program, credit earning program and the Wednesday-afternoon program, teachers with different background variables show significant difference in the area of their school location. There is no significant difference in gender, educational background, years of teaching, current position and the size of their school. 5.With regards to the level of satisfaction of the content of the cognitive, technical, and emotional aspects, teachers with different background variables show significant difference in gender, educational background and the area of their school location. There is no significant difference in years of teaching, current position and the size of their school.
