Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 機電工程學系 === 98 === Laser scanning systems are widely used in laser marking, drilling, full screen projecting and so on. In traditional laser processing, a moving stage is often used to carry the workpiece. However, due to high inertial behavior, such traditional heavy stages can not achieve high-speed movement. Therefore, the presented galvanometric scanning system and its applications for color laser displays. In includes a galvanometric unit, motor, position detector and control circuit. All components were developed by this research. The magnetic rotor and a stator magnet are the main components of the scanner system. The moving magnet is composed of NdFeB material and the stator consists of the coil. In addition, the moving capacitive sensor is used to receive signal feedback. The driver is assembled by the high response performance OP-amplifier circuit.
Borland C++ Builder software was used to develop the human mechanical interface for the laser projector system. The coordinate values and color data was edited by computer via as RS-232 transfer to a color projector circuit. The Microchip (AVR AT90S8535) along with a LY62256 SRAM integrated circuit reads and writes the image data. Then, the image coordinate information is translated to a scanner angle by using an A/D converter. In addition, the RGB color adjustment is done by a PWM circuit. Finally, the practical and successful application of this color laser display is shown in this paper.
