Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 輔導與諮商學系所 === 98 === The study is to discuss the expectation and the perceived benefits of change facilitators of the Ministry of Education Curriculum and Instruction consulting team from Compulsory Education Advisory Group members, to compare the effect of the different variables individually background , and find the relationship between the expectation and the perceived benefits of change facilitators. The study used survey as the method, and the targets were local consulting members responsible for the area of integrative activities. The study tool “Questionnaire for the role expectation on change facilitators of the Ministry of Education Curriculum and Instruction consulting team”. A total of 403 formal questionnaires were sent out; a total of 336 questionnaires were returned and effective; the returning rate of effective samples was 83.37%. The collected data were statistically analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, etc. The conclusions are as follow: 1. The Compulsory Education Advisory Group members perception for change facilitator of the Ministry of Education Curriculum and Instruction consulting team as more than “very important”, and the expectation for policy promoters has the highest rating. 2. The Compulsory Education Advisory Group members have rated the perceived benefits from change facilitators of the Ministry of Education Curriculum and Instruction consulting team as more than “beneficial”, and the perceived benefits from policy promoters have the highest rating. 3. Those who have a higher expectation on change facilitators of the Ministry of Education Curriculum and Instruction consulting teams are: the service area, the job description at the school, the job description at the Compulsory Education Advisory Group. 4. Those who have greater perceived benefits from change facilitators of the Ministry of Education Curriculum and Instruction consulting team are: the age group, years of teaching experience, the service area, the school level, the job description at the school, the job description at the Compulsory Education Advisory Group, and the experiences related to the Ministry of Education Curriculum and Instruction consulting team. 5. There is a positive correlation between the expectation and the perceived benefits from Education Advisory Group members on change facilitators of the Ministry of Education Curriculum and Instruction consulting team. Finally, based on the findings of this study, some suggestions are proposed for educational administrative institutions, the Ministry of Education Curriculum and Instruction Consulting Team and consultants.
