Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 98 === Contactless Power Transmission Systems (CPTS) are often used in many special fields. Due to the magnetic structure of the Loosely Coupled Transformer (LCT) bring out the large leakage inductance, more components and complex strategies are required in existing regulation methods or/and strategies. The Controlled-Rectifier (CR) circuit is applied in this thesis for regulation and rectification in the secondary side of the LCT, with CR and its controller to reduce the required component number. A voltage-fed inverter in primary, planar LCT, and CR circuit are designed for verifying the theory and control strategy for a low cost contactless regulator. To prove the feasibility of regulator and system, the regulator is used in the CC/CV battery charge.
The experiment result shows 89 % overall system efficiency while the input voltage is 60 V, output voltage is 43.5V, air gap is 7 mm and the input/output power is 282 W/ 250 W. Also, overall system efficiency is 83 % while the air gap is 16 mm, the input/output power is 474 W/391 W.
