This results in low efficiency and can’t meet the need of energy-saving and carbon decrease. So this thesis proposes a high efficiency electrical discharge power module with high voltage regulation. When an EDM starts to work, a high DC voltage is applied to induct an arc. Then the output voltage of power converter falls in order to decrease unneeded power waste for power-saving. In addition a linear power MOSFET is used to produce desired currents to replace the current-limited resistors. Experimental result proves that the proposed high efficiency electrical discharge power module can improve the power converting efficiency of EDM from 33% to about 68%. 陳良瑞 博士 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 65 zh-TW
