But it also depends on the operating effectiveness of the enterprise itself to maintain business growth, profitability and sustainability. The main purpose of this study was to explore how to enhance the business performance of the bicycle contractor and proposed the key success factors to improve the business performance of the bicycle contractor.
This research adopts Delphi method according to the analysis of relevant documents. Invite nineteen’s professionals and scholars to disscusion about professional interview and three times investigation of the questionnaires of Delphi method. Consider the suggestion and view offered of every professionals and scholars. Analyze the common understandings of the professionals and scholars finally to get “manage performance of the keys suceed factor of improving bicycle contractor”
