Current-reused bleeding technique is used to reduce the power of the mixer. The second is an up-conversion mixer for Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX), the operating frequency is conformed to International Fixed Wireless Access (IFWA) of 3.4~3.7 GHz. The structure of the mixer also used Double-balance Gilbert Mixer, and combined with Dynamic Current Technique to achieve high gain and low power. We used TSMC 0.18μm technology process to realize these circuits. Zhi-Ming Lin 林志明 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 63 en_US
