Participants were fifth and sixth graders recruited from the north, medial and south side of the main island in Taiwan in 2009 academic year. AMOS 7.0 was conducted to construct the structural equation model of study of fifth and sixth graders’ parenting style, creativity and problem solving. Then the result showed that (1) students’ creativity had a positive effect on problem solving; (2) students’ parenting style had a positive effect on creativity and problem solving; (3) the measurement invariance on gender and grade were found.
