The main purpose of this study is to understand the salon manager job content and responsibilities, tasks, and professional knowledge, know-site manager working conditions in the hair salon, hair salon manager should have discussed the duties and tasks, and using questionnaires to collect data, analytical methods are using principal component analysis, and design-two different questionnaires. The results, executives at the hair salon among the nine dimensions of the questionnaire, the public relations project was classified as first priority, followed by education and training, the third for the marketing management. In the professional part of the "professional knowledge" as the ability of primary index manager, followed by "situational performance."
