Seven hundred questionnaires were sent to the employees by convenience sampling method and 431 useable questionnaires returned, with 61.6% valid return rate. The data were collected and analyzed by using structural equation modeling(SEM) . According to the findings, the results have been summarized as follow: 1. There were significant differences on well-being among employees’ demographic variables; 2. There were significant positive correlation among employees’ work motivation, well-being, job involvement and role behavior; 3. Work motivation had a direct effects on well-being, job involvement and role behavior; well-being had a direct effect on job involvement and role behavior; job involvement had a direct effect on role behavior; 4. Employees’ well-being mediated the rel a t ionship between work motivation and role behavior ; 5.Employees’ well-being mediated the relationship between work motivation and role behavior.
