In response of the economy globalization’s great impact, governments all over the world are trying to establish culture organization structure and strategy of the development of cultural creativity industry. The Taiwanese government is not only trying to push this movement forward, but also encouraging the community to discover its cultural characteristic and assets. It not only brings in real income at the economic level, but also gave meaning to the heredity of community culture and community friendship. Moreover, this has positive and direct influence on the subject. This research is done by the Delphi Technique. According to the analysis of relative literature, in-depth interview and the discussion with the scholars and experts, using organized comments, point of views and advices from the scholars and experts, gather the successful case studies of how Community Development Association promote the cultural creativity industry, we can come to a conclusion on how to be successful by processing the data mentioned above. The successful factors of how Community Development Association promotes cultural creativity industry are listed in seven major subjects and 47 sub-titles. The major subjects are as follows: 1. Community cultural characteristic. 2. Create community industry. 3. Planning for environmental space. 4. Industry creativity and characteristic. 5. Staff training. 6. Marketing strategies. 7. Sustainable management This research hopes to discover the successful factors of how Community Development Association promotes the cultural creativity industry.
