Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 特殊教育學系所 === 98 === A study of transdisciplinary collaboration participated by the resource room teachers of elementary school in Tainan county Abstract The Purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation of transdisciplinary collaboration participated by the resource room teachers of elementary school in Tainan county with team members (including general classroom teachers, schooling administrative staff, parents, therapists and social workers ). Firstly, this study conducted a census to explore the level of knowledge, administration and satisfaction of resource room teachers of elementary school in Tainan county when they participated in the transdisciplinary team work. Next, interview was conducted for further information on the problems teachers encountered and their respective possible solutions. Based on the results of this research, findings were as follows: 1. The resource room teachers of elementary school in Tainan county generally understood the fundamental content of transdisciplinary collaboration, but lacked the knowledge of integrating the needs of students, and the methods of improving the communication skills. 2. The level of administration of the resource room teachers tended to agree. In the phase of “consultation” performed better, and in the phase of “communication” performed worse. 3. The resource room teachers of elementary school in Tainan county generally had a positive attitude toward the participation of general classroom teachers and parents, but less satisfied with the schooling administrative support, unsufficient related professionals, application process, and the IEP developing. According to the previous findings, suggestions on the administrative agency , schooling administrative staffs, related professionals, teacher-training agency and future research were offered.
