Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 企業管理學系 === 98 === This study investigates the effects of creative personality and team member exchange on individual creativity. The mediating effects of creative self-efficacy of individuals and team member knowledge sharing on the following two relationships are also examined: that between creative personality and individual creativity and that between team-member exchange and individual creativity. With work teams of Culture and Creative Industry as the respondents, a total of 21 team questionnaires were distribution to 45 team leaders and 242 team members. Both the team officer(s) and the team members are asked to make a reply. 104 pair of effective questioners is obtained, resulting in the valid response rate of 43.55%. The findings of the study indicate: 1. The antecedents chosen by the study to contribute to the promotion of creativity. 2. Creative personality has a positive effect on creative self-efficacy. 3. Team-member exchange has a positive effect on knowledge sharing. 4. The respondents support the effect of creative self-efficacy and team member knowledge sharing as a mediator. The study has both theoretical and practical implications.
