Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 98 === The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship among senior vocational school principal’s servant leadership, school organizational culture, and leadership effectiveness.
The population of the study was vocational high schools include public and private school teachers, 41 schools were selected by a stratified sampling method. A total of 637 valid questionnaires were collected out of the 820 issued with a valid return rate of 77.7%.
The instruments of the study included Servant Leadership Questionnaires, School Organizational Culture Questionnaires, and Leadership Effectiveness Questionnaires. The Cronbach α were .960, .911 and .895 respectively. According to data processing and statistical analysis, the conclusions of this study were as follows:
1. The vocational high schools principal’s servant leadership was categorized above high level. The score of “future vision” was the highest.
2. The vocational high school’s organizational culture was categorized above high level. The score of “development culture” and “consensual culture” were the highest.
3. The vocational high schools principal’s leadership effectiveness was categorized above high level. The score of “school goal achievement” was the highest.
4. There were significant differences among vocational high schools principal’s servant leadership, school organizational culture, and leadership effectiveness on different background variables.
5. The vocational high schools principal’s servant leadership and school organizational culture were positively related to the leadership effectiveness.
6. The vocational high schools principal’s servant leadership, school organizational culture, can be predicted of principal’s leadership, “sincerely trust” and “hierarchical culture” were the best predictor.
